Spaghetti Dinner April 19, 2008


The Snow Shoe Rails to Trails parking lot at the Gillentown Trailhead was parked full by noon on Saturday, April 19, 2008. People came from New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia and of course from all over Pennsylvania to ride the SSRTA and join in a meal at the Moshannon Community Center. This is the first year that the food ran out. Nick Bernadi came in with some friends from the Scranton area shortly after 3:00 PM and the spaghetti was gone. We had to advise Nick that he may want to go to Ludwig's, one of the corporate sponsors, to get a meal. Then, a little later a number of others came late to eat and was advised the same.

We want to thank all of you that came and supported the dinner ride. Your support and continued increase in memberships demonstrate your love & loyalty to a sport that needs more areas to ride. Please see a few photos taken at the event.
